Criterion Developers commissioned us to create the kitchens for this 117-unit project. To suit the luxurious framework, we designed a dark chocolate, clean-lined modern kitchen in cherry wood. The quartz countertops add the perfect finishing touch.

The vanities for this project are in warm walnut, in a rich, sparkling style that evokes the past yet remains unmistakably modern.

We relish the results of this ambitious 372-unit project. Set in the heart of New York’s financial district, we knew that the kitchens had to provide an oasis of calm amidst the frenetic energy of the city. The modern white high gloss cabinetry strikes the balance we sought. Sleek and clean, with all aluminum glass wall cabinets, this kitchen is an inviting sanctuary.

For this project by Criterion Developers, we created attractive kitchens in rich walnut veneer. The classy medium brown shade is offset by a tiled backsplash in varying tones of brown. These are kitchens that stand the test of time.

The dark walnut vanity was custom designed for this project. Details include open shelves, and chrome legs and hardware.

City View Towers is a luxury 70-unit residential complex in the arty Park Slope neighborhood. The kitchens, which we designed with their setting in mind, work in sophisticated harmony with the sleek exterior and modern, light-filled interior. Boasting thermafoil cherry cabinets with flip up doors as well as airy glass cabinetry, the kitchen complements its space. White Caeser stone countertops provide a glamorous contrast.

Classic lines and lots of shine. That was the sensibility for the kitchens we designed for the 50-unit residential development in beautiful Park Slope. The glittering white cabinetry with aluminum flip up glass doors expand the space and lend it pizzazz. Countertops are in muted tones, providing the perfect contrast to the white space.

For the vanity, we chose a modern suspended wood veneer design with good bones and glamorous detail.

This fabulous complex in uber-cool Dumbo consists of 75 residential units, which overlook the Brooklyn Bridge. Buyers of these homes expect a certain aesthetic, and the kitchens had to reflect that. These lustrous, modern kitchens, with dark cherry veneer cabinetry, provide the perfect fit. They have an energy about them that is young and classy and glittering. Sleek Sub-zero and Wolf appliances complete the luxurious feel.

When we were commissioned to create the kitchens for these luxury Brooklyn condominiums, the owner gave us a list of requirements. The kitchens had to be understatedly glamorous, contemporary and chic, hip and young, yet of a quality to please the most discerning buyer. These amazingly cool kitchens delivered all that and more. Cabinets are made of maple veneer wood, with frosted glass doors and gleaming hardware. The spice caddies add a singular touch, and granite countertops and backsplash unify the room. Transcending it all, the pantry area is a work of functional art.

The wide Shaker cabinetry acquires a contemporary feel in this high-end cherry kitchen. While remaining true to the classic design, this kitchen offers the best in modern amenities and style. The abundance of glass and suspended open-shelf cabinets give the room an airy feel, and provide a showcase for the owner’s fine china and glassware.

This luxurious bathroom features a modern Anigre vanity with white Carrera tops so strikingly beautiful, it is the soul of the room. Set on polished steel legs, and with matching door handles, the vanity is fashionably chic.

This grand beachfront project consists of 42 luxury units. The kitchens and vanities we created for this complex are traditional and romantic. They feature maple cabinets with lavish crown mouldings and mullion glass doors. Opulent granite countertops and warm stainless steel appliances make it all come together beautifully.
